Your message has been received. A member of the firm will review it and respond directly — not a call center, and not an automated queue.
What happens next
- The firm reads your message. Enquiries go to Seth B. Waxman and are reviewed personally.
- You get a response by email or phone. If your matter is one the firm can take, you will be offered a conversation to discuss it properly.
- If it is not a fit, you will be told plainly. The firm acts for companies, boards and executives — if your matter sits outside that, saying so quickly is more useful than a slow maybe.
If your matter is urgent
Call (301) 901-3109 rather than waiting on email. Subpoenas, search warrants, temporary restraining orders and receivership applications all run on court deadlines that do not pause for correspondence.
Before you send anything further
Sending a message does not create an attorney–client relationship, and what you send is not confidential until the firm agrees to represent you. Please do not send privileged material, or documents produced in an active matter, until that is in place.
