By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Important: Contacting Us Does Not Create an Attorney–Client Relationship

Information you send through the Site or by phone before the Firm agrees in writing to represent you is not protected by an attorney–client relationship and may not be confidential. Please do not send time-sensitive, privileged, or confidential information through the Site’s contact form, by email, or by voicemail. See our Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimer for more.

3. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, email us, or call us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry. Please share only what is necessary for us to understand whether we can help.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage information, such as:

  • your IP address and approximate location (city or region level);
  • browser type, device type, operating system, and screen size;
  • the pages you view, links you click, time spent on pages, and the date and time of your visit;
  • the website or advertisement that referred you to the Site; and
  • cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Call information. If you call a number listed on the Site, our call-tracking provider may collect your phone number, the date, time, and duration of the call, your approximate location based on your phone number, and the marketing source that led you to call. [If call recording is enabled: Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and intake purposes. We will tell you at the start of the call if it is being recorded.]

4. Cookies and Analytics Tools

We currently use the following third-party tools on the Site.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data and shares reports with us. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally, and we do not send Google your name, email address, or phone number. Learn more about how Google handles data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

CallRail. We use CallRail, a call-tracking and analytics service, to measure which marketing channels generate phone calls. CallRail may display different tracking phone numbers to visitors depending on how they reached the Site, set cookies to associate your visit with a call, and log call details described in Section 3. [If form tracking is enabled: CallRail may also record that a form was submitted on the Site, together with the information entered into it.] CallRail’s own privacy practices are described at https://www.callrail.com/privacy-policy.

Cookie controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work. Some browsers also support a “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal; [we currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals / we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — attorney to confirm].

We do not currently use advertising pixels or remarketing tags (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing) on the Site. If we add them, we will update this policy.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • respond to your inquiries and evaluate whether the Firm can assist you, including running conflict checks;

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site and our communications, such as our website host, web developer and marketing vendor, Google (Analytics), and CallRail. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor, if the Firm is reorganized or its practice is transferred, subject to the Firm’s professional obligations.

If you become a client, the confidentiality of your information is governed by the Firm’s engagement agreement and applicable rules of professional conduct, which are stricter than this policy.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you, satisfy conflict-check and professional-responsibility requirements, and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained for [14 months — confirm GA4 data-retention setting]. Call data is retained for [period — confirm CallRail setting].
